1. What you are buying

A non-transferable license to run MultiForge, delivered as an Ed25519-signed key emailed to the address you provide at checkout.

2. What we do not do

We do not phone home. The server does not require network access to our services in order to boot, run, or verify the key. If this site goes away, servers already running with valid keys will keep running.

3. Accounts and data

There are no user accounts. We store your email and the key we issued you, so we can email the key again if you ask us to at /recover. That is the entire record.

4. Acceptable use

You may not resell the key, redistribute the binary, or attempt to derive our private signing key from issued license tokens. Reverse engineering for interoperability with your own infrastructure is permitted where local law requires it.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do our best; you run production infrastructure. Test before you deploy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the key in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oregon.
